Sales Manager Position (36-40hr.)

We are looking for a Sales Manager who has a passion for sales and knows what it takes to win complex and strategic deals with the larger enterprise organizations in the UK and or Germany. You will have a dedicated business development team who will provide you with fresh opportunities for you to close – these can be done either online or face to face. You are responsible for closing new deals and expanding existing accounts; however, you will get all the support you will need. You have a proven track record of sales, excellent communication skills and a drive to perform. It would be great if you have been in an Enterprise Sales position before or have been selling SAAS solutions in an Account Management role.
As Zoey’s Sales Manager you will:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships and consistent communication with clients assigned to you
- Build and map your own territory, managing your own Pipeline
- Report weekly on Pipeline performance
- Consult with other departments within the company to streamline sales
- Analyzing markets, identifying trends, and mapping
- Work according BANT & MEDDIC
- Keeping an eye on data sources like LinkedIn and setting up and managing sales campaigns
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales
- Excellent written and presentation skills in German and/or English
- Able to understand and describe IT and Business processes
- Able to understand CX principles
- Experience in Travel and/or Education
- Able to work under pressure, prioritize and multitask when needed
- You are both a team player and an autonomous worker
- No 9 to 5 and Monday to Friday mentality, in trade you have a great amount of freedom
- Experience with CRM system
- Cold calling experience
